Client project: Arnerich Massena Inc. asked Kristina to create their 2003 holiday card.
Solution: She created a card that spoke to the client's feeling about the unrest and climate of armed confrontation at the time. She decided to shifting the conversation to a message of peace and hope for our future. The card was printed with only black as the ink color and highlighted by a copper foil on the cranes and inside on the Japanese characters. Each card included an origami crane which is a symbol for peace, over 1,200 cranes were folded for the card mailing. By the end of the project Kristina could fold origami cranes with both eyes closed!
